During online enrollment you will be given the option to set up a payment plan to pay your balance off over time. You choose how many payments you want to make and which day of each month the payment should be made.
We are still putting the finishing touches on camp transportation and will add more information as soon as it has been finalized. Pick up will be around 9am each morning with return being around 5pm for most evenings. Special pick-up/drop-off arrangements may apply for overnight trips.

Staring around $125 our optional, but highly recommended, camp insurance service offers quality first payer coverage to protect campers from the unexpected. Prepaid deposits and non‐refundable camp tuition for can be covered in case of cancellation, interruption, sickness, injury, or in the event a parent loses their job. Campers will also be eligible for coverage of emergency medical expenses during all trips, in case of sickness, accidents, evacuation, and the need for transportation home. A detailed description of coverage can be found here and can be easily added during enrollment.

Processed through the electronic health form during enrollment, pre-packaged medications reduce preventable medication errors and eliminate the risk of missed medications or incorrect dosing, ensuring that every child gets the correct medication at the correct time leaving more time for the fun and excitement of camp.
Accepting all major insurance carriers and offering competitively priced over-the-counter medications, families are only charged a $9.95 processing fee to use this service. Prescription and over-the-counter medications, inhalers, creams and liquids are then shipped directly to the camp health director in sealed individual unit-dose packets, each clearly labeled with the camper’s name, date and time that the medication should be administered along with any additional dispensing instructions at no additional cost.
